I have a gpa of 3.82, ranked 17/152, and my SAT score in reading/math is a 990. Can I get into Johns Hopkins?

I'm applying to Penn State, West Chester, Albright, Morehouse, and a couple other places but I'm not to sure on where I really want to go.
