I think this is very good! Especially for being written in half an hour! I don't think you should change it; definitely keep it religious cause if you change that, you'll have to change the whole thing. And you shouldn't change it just so more people will like it. I think it flows well, and I like how you made every line rhyme, and it still all makes sense. Very nice! :)
