Gloves hospitals blood viles?

Don't freak. It's against the law to reuse needles in the hospital. This is true in every state, including New York. Here's something that might help you relax: was the syringe EMPTY when the nurse originally approached you to get a blood draw? If so, I can guarantee that a fresh needle was used.
