Which is a better title for a paper?

I'm going to say #1-only beacuse the word "reaffirming" sounds a little "odd" or something-can't put my finger on it!!!If you had a diff. word tho(something that dosen't start with "Re"...)probably say2!! I love your use of "Divine Law"...that sounds awesome...good luck to you!
