Why do bartenders serve alcohol to chicks prior to guys?

I am talking about male nerdy looking bartenders. At this bar the other night, I was in the line standing for literally half hour. Finally, I was at the embly and this nerd bartender kept on serving these drunk wenches over me. When I asked him why, he told me to chill down a little bit. I asked him to come outside and this bouncer had a nerve to kick me outside of that bar. Any gentlemen will loose his temper when he stands in line for half hour and these drunk wenches get the drink without standing in a line. It goes same for why there is "ladies night free"? Whatever
