600 mg codeine, 10 mg hydrocodone, 950 mg acetaminophen?

Leg pain went nuts, had to resort to the rest of my RX pain-killers to do the trick. Two Tylenol #4, one Vicodin brand Norco. The acetaminophen levels are safe according to extensive research. From a psychoactive standpoint, what should I expect to experience?
